The COVID-19 crisis and resulting efforts to rebuild Kentucky's economy are deeply personal for all those involved in delivering upon the Community Action Promise. In partnership with Community Action Kentucky we are dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve greater economic stability and improved health outcomes. Our collective network, which includes outreach offices in every Kentucky county, puts us in a unique position to maximize our response to COVID-19 throughout the state. We encourage you to reach out to your local Tri-County Community Action Agency to learn about any location-specific services that may be available.

CDBG COVID-19 RELIEF FUND 
Assistance through this program is only available to persons who have been financially impacted by COVID-19. Impact is noted as loss of job or income related to COVID-19 and individuals who are in danger of having their utilities (water, sewer, electric, gas, or other energy sources for heating and cooling) disconnected due to the inability to make payments. Utility payments are exclusively for those households that are behind in payments. Assistance is limited to six (6) prior months.     
Items required to apply: Personal Declaration Statement (with all fields marked, a valid driver’s license, and copies of overdue bills for consideration). Previous months’ income for all members of the household. Applications will not be considered without all required documents.  Please contact 502-222-1349 to schedule an appointment.
