We have a variety of volunteer opportunities for those interested in volunteering in the services of Tri-County CAA and the community!

The Hope Community Center:
We have a variety of volunteer opportunities at the Hope Center.  Call Liz Hubbard at (502) 518-0524.

Meals on Wheels:
Meals are delivered to homebound participants Monday through Friday. Drivers are needed to deliver these meals, you may volunteer once a week, or be a substitute for a regular driver. This volunteer position is done between 10:30 and 1 pm.

Adult Day:
The Caring Adult Day Program can utilize volunteers Monday through Friday from 7:30 until 4:30 each day. Volunteers can perform a variety of duties to help the staff with this program. The hours are very flexible if you want to help in this area.

Telecare:
Volunteers in this program make phone calls to homebound individuals in the Oldham County area. These calls are courtesy calls to insure that the homebound person has some contact outside of their homes. These calls are usually made in the morning hours, Monday through Friday.

Senior Programs:
The seniors do a variety of programs each week. They are also provided a lunch each day. There are many opportunities for volunteers. If you check out the senior calendar you can see the variety of programs and choose one that you would like to help out in.

Commodities:
Commodities are provided on a monthly basis to individuals living in your community that are in need. The program helps clients to stretch their food budget with the supplemental items.

There are also opportunities to help in the kitchen with lunches or preparing Meals on Wheels for home delivery.
If you are interested in helping in any of these areas please contact your local office.
